Live Oak Landing has its very own Resort Cottages, specially designed to give our guests maximum comfort and convenience.

Cottage Features

Customized by RVC Outdoor Destinations and manufactured by Athens Park Homes, these trendy cottages come fully furnished with a loft, flat screen TV, washer/dryer, bathroom, fully appointed kitchen, and fresh bed linens and towels. Resort Cottages can sleep up to four adults and two children with the bedroom, loft and fold-out sofa. Picnic tables, fire rings and BBQ grills are available at the common areas near all cottages for outdoor feasts & marshmallow roasting.

Green Approved

Every cottage has an NTA Green Ready label meaning it has been built as energy efficient and environmentally friendly as possible, which is displayed in certain features of the cottages. Some of these include the use of recycled materials in construction, bio-based products, instant water heaters, and others.
